What's a Webelos Scout?
Webelos are Scout who have completed third grade (or are age 10).   A Cub Scout may begin working on the Webelos badge as soon as he joins a Webelos den.  This badge is the first step toward his transition to becoming a Boy Scout.   As he completes the requirements found in the Webelos Scout Handbook, the Scout will attend den meetings held by adult leaders, and become familiar with the Boy Scout requirements.  All the above activities will lead him to the Arrow of Light Award, which is a Webelos highest rank.
